Practices of Church Leadership

This nuts-and-bolts class covers the basics of leadership and administration, with practical application for everyone on the ministry leadership team.
Topics include: covenant and authority; conflict; family and congregational systems; vision and mission; handling administrative tasks; spiritual care and boundaries.

Innovation & New Models of Leadership

Theology I: Faith Seeking Understanding

This class examines the fundamental doctrines of Christianity, exploring what it means to think about God. As church and community leaders, we will examine the ways in which we articulate our own theological perspectives (and understand those of others) about God, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit in relation to congregational leadership.
